In preparation for the presentations to the project advisory board, INiTS offers an advanced story development and pitch coaching program.
- The program starts with a one-day workshop that focuses on basic concepts of communication, story development and presentation. Following this, you will develop or revise your own presentation and receive feedback in one-on-one coaching.
- The second step is an individual coaching session of about 60 minutes. Yo will do your pitch and receive feedback on the pitch itself and on whether the message is getting across from the point of view of a neutral audience member who is „clueless“ in the respective field.
- In a second individual coaching session, the improved pitch is tested and practiced again on the basis of the feedback received in the first meeting. E-mail feedback is also possible in individual cases.
- Finally, a dry run takes place a few days before the project advisory board, giving the opportunity to run through the pitch as a „dress rehearsal“ under and time control and to receive additional feedback, also from startup consultants.
The chosen approach has already proven itself many times and has been well received by the more than 300 teams so far.

Each team is meant to attend the workshop, two individual coaching sessions (60 min each) and a 30 minute slot at the dry run. If for any reason you are unable to attend the whole series please let me know in the comments at the registration below.
All units will be at the INiTS office. Language is English or German, depending on the group.
